Mindesi is 100% European vegan footwear brand. Our experience and dedication guarantees a proven product of very high quality.

Why certain items are no longer available?

We try to keep up with demand, however, the most popular items have a higher demand and therefore sell out faster.  You can email us at contact@mindesi.com so that we can get your order fulfilled with the product you desire.

Do you ship abroad?

We ship to all destinations within Europe. We also ship worldwide. The payment methods are determined by the delivery destination.

I cannot connect to your website. What should I do?

Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?

There is no minimum or maximum order/item amount.

Is online payment secure?

We use Stripe and PayPal, secure payment services used by millions of people around the world. We also accept traditional bank transfers and credit cards.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Upon receiving your order, we strive to send your order as soon as possible. Our shipping and handling time is 1-3 business days. If you are located in Europe the delivery is up to 5 business days. For any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us via contact@mindesi.com.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are free in Europe. In the rest of the world it depends of the location.

How can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been sent out yet, you can cancel it by emailing us at contact@mindesi.com. If the order has already been sent, refuse the packages then contact us.

Which items can I send back?

You can return any unused products for up to 14 days from the day you purchased it. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Please avoid making the product dirty or damaged when you are trying it. Do not remove the labels until you have decided to keep the product, otherwise you won’t be fully refunded.

Where are your products made?

The quality of Mindesi’s products is due to our high production requirements. Our items are manufactured in France, Europe. The close proximity to this region allows us to control a consistent quality control of our products, while offering affordable products at the same time.

Are your products vegan?

We only produce vegan products.

We’ve been fighting for animal rights for many years. We want to offer ethically produced products that truly respect the planet and those who live on it.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by Stripe, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

Is it possible to order by check?

We do not accept check payments.

Why is my credit card not accepted?

What are your refund payment policy?

As soon as we receive the product back, we refund the orders as soon as possible. Usually within 72 hours.
